Just call o2 customer service for a replacement SIM card
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)

Just be aware that once you receive the new sim, you will have to call to get your account unblocked.
They won't send an active sim through the postal sim for obvious reasons.
