Stolen Phone, Cancel Contract

Anonymous
Not applicable

I've just recently had my HTC Sensation stolen while away at a venue with work. While my phone will be covered by insurance, I haven't been happy with the phone or O2 since I got it. I have about 11 months remaining on a 24 month contract and was hoping to move over to orange and get the Iphone 5.

Roughly how much would it cost to cancel my contract (£36 monthly tariff with £6 bolt on) with a 1st August 2013 upgrade date (31st end of contract date)

£36 x 11. I don't believe you have to pay off the Bolt-On.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

It will cost the amount per month x number of months outstanding to cancel.

If your going to do that wouldn't you be better off giving the sim to someone to use as you will be paying for nothing you may as well use the allowances
