Hi I recently purchased a new o2 contract Samsung s22 ultra and when it came i done the sim swap thing as i believe they need you to upgrade your sim and keep your number. After doing this when i go onto the myo2 app it is still showing my old 30GB data contract when it should be 250GB for the new contract. Have I done something wrong?

Assuming you followed this guide Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update you've done nothing wrong and you should have the data allocated to the new contract.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
