Still not working!

I not only have O2 but Tesco mobile and giffgaff as well. All these networks are under O2. The service is really bad. I thought they said they have sorted it out or is it my phone that is bad? Is anyone still experiencing the loss of connection?

Have you tried rebooting your phone(s)?

tried countless of times. It only brings 2 bars and when I call or if someone calls, they cant hear me. Sometimes, I have to go outside to make a phone call and if i get through, it just keeps cutting then I have to redial again and again and again.
