Still not able to use my phone??

Received my replacement SIM card today after not receiving the one I was originally sent. Waiting (patiently for over a month now!!) for my number to be transferred and was told this SIM card would work. I gave had it switched off all day with my new SIM card and still emergency calls only!! Very frustrated to say the least and wish I had never changed to O2!?!?

Have you called to activate the sim or lift any blocks on your account?
