I am now on the 4th working day since I ordered my sim and still nothing. I called and was told all they can do is send me another one but this could be further 3 days. My contract has already started and I haven't used the sim yet. Also why have a tracking option that doesn't work? I'm coming from EE, when you login, you can scan a QR code and you up and away with a esim, If only o2 could of have this access I would be up and running by now.

O2 are changing their systems and the facility is available via My O2 under SIM Swap.
Unfortunately we are not sure who is on the system
