Still no code for free galaxy buds pro (45 days)

I’m currently about 45 days since purchasing my S23 Ultra, was told code to redeem free buds would be sent via text message after 30 days!?.

 

im still waiting. Just interested to hear if anyone has received their code yet, and after how many days!?.

Hi GIBX0,

Any Luck with your code for the Free Buds yet.I took my contract out on the 16 April of this year.I have made four calls to Customer Services and two calls to my Local o2 Shop.I have had no success,i rather fancy collating names of persons who are in a similar position to ourselves,and then contacting the press.What are your thoughts.??
