Still getting contract bills form O2 after switching to another provider

Hi, can anyone help or suggest what to do please.

I have switched services from O2 to another provider and have a new phone with a new number. I am still receiving contract bills from O2 nearly 2 months later and can't access my O2 details due to the security process of a code being sent to my old number on my old phone which I don't have anymore. It seems like a catch 22 situation.

Any help would be most appreciated, thanks.

Arran

@Arran

Sounds like your contract wasn't cancelled so you need to call customer service now to get it done.

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I didn't include that detail as the OP no longer has access to the O2 number associated with the account.
