Hi, hoping someone can help me.
I called o2 on 04/01/2021 to set up a SIM only deal. (The number was pay monthly previously, device is fully paid). This is now active.
I had a second tel. no. that I had SIM only for and I asked for this to be closed as I've never used and never will!! I was told that the second tel. no. and SIM only deal would be closed and removed.
This has not been done and I've now been charged for another month on the second tel. no. SIM only but I cannot find any way to speak to someone to complain to and ask for a refund. I tried 4 times to call and each time the line goes dead.
Any ideas anyone?
