Hi there
My contract ended last month and I'm still being charged and receiving emails stating direct debit and bill still in place and that's it is going up next month. I also did not receive a final bill after the 14 days from disconnection.

Did you actually cancel the contract or just assumed it ended at the end of the minimum term..

Hi there
I spoke to two people on the phone and I've received numerous emails stating my disconnection date as I had stated I would not be renewing my contract after the term ending and would be leaving O2. This has all been confirmed via emails but I'm still being billed ;( i never even used the sim card and just want out of the contract as it has ended but I am going around in circles.
