Hi
Any ideas why my double data volt bolt on has still not come through? Still only got 5gb after 2 refreshes now. Also I have looked in my volt bolt ons and it is not in there. This was purchased through Virgin if that makes any difference

hi all
bit of an update. I contacted o2 yesterday via the various social media platforms you guys suggested. all i got really was "oh yes we can see you have the volt bolt on" . in the end i had to call them this morning. the agent i spoke to said "i have no idea why you do not have the double data, as you have the volt bolt on". awesome 🙄. However she did say she would sort it today and hey presto.........
Nice shiny 5gb data add on. then about 5 minutes after it went live the social media team got back to me to say they had sorted it. 😂
Lots of confusion around this joint venture me thinks. I have messaged the team back to ask why it wasnt already added, as it has been live since the end of Jan, i am not expencting a response.
