Hi, is there a delay in issuing upgrades on standards delivery. It’s not been dispatched yet and ordered Friday night. I wasn’t expecting any updates until yesterday but it’s still not been dispatched. Is it no longer 24 hour turn around? Thank you

@Jacksoe You'll have to call customer service but as it's now so close to Christmas there's every chance that what you upgraded to is out of stock. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

@Jacksoe O2 has never been helpful when it comes to ordering. They don't even have a live stock reporting system, so they probably didn't even have what you ordered when you ordered it.
