St Lucia - No Voicemal Retrieval or Text Send

Hi -

I'm in St Lucia, roaming on Lime and, while I am receiving texts and v/mail notifications, I can neither send texts nor access my voicemail.

I have tried all published VRNs (901, short codes and int´l v/mail numbers) and nothing works. 02 customer support cannot help. Any ideas?

Is there another network you could select manually? Lime doesn't seem to be serving you very well

You need Digicel when in St Lucia

Selecting Digicel (2G) seems to have done the trick.
