Hi, 

 

I ported my number from ee to o2 yesterday however I am still receiving calls on my old phone. On my new phone I can make calls but not receive them. I’ve contacted customer services twice and each time they have said it should sort itself out by 6pm the  730pm. Judging by some posts it’s not that simple, just wondering if anyone can help?
