I have been trying to contact costumer services since yesterday to raise my spending cap. Chat bot says on application, agents are available between 7 am-10 pm. It’s after 8 am already, and still getting this message! How can I talk to costumer services?

You may also be able to do this in MyO2, if your account has been switched to the new 360 system at the back end. Good luck!
