The apply a charge to bill or any other payforit charges you need to call customer service to ask them to do it on your account Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

The personal settings you can switch on and off with Voda are great, but unfortunately, O2 aren't that far advanced yet.

Loved Vodafone only left because my sim only contract was coming to an end and they wanted to charge me double of less. Don’t know how to feel with o2 yet, my number just ported over yesterday and everything has went well so far! I’m liking everything I’m seeing so far and have full signal so really no complaints as yet.
