I want to change my spendcap amount. Can I do this online, can’t get through to anyone on the phone

Try the numbers in this article.
I heard the number that ends with 4005 is easier to get through so try that first

In my rush to reply, I posted info on Spend caps, which you needed and does tell you to call...but there are various other numbers in this guide which I omitted to add Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

The number ending in 4005 seems to have a lot of success in getting through to an advisor.
