I have a nowtv sports subscription that has been on my phone bill prior to coming to O2 and it has worked since switching to yourselves. However I keep getting messages saying I’ve reached the limit of my spend cap and I am now unable to watch anything. It hasn’t been an issue for the past few months, can it just be added to my phone bill so this doesn’t happen going forward

You need to remove the Spend Cap. You should be able to do this in My O2.
