Hello I’m wanting to add spend caps to both my phones but it says to ring o2 when I do it says urgent calls only am I still able to ring them for my spend cap as there is no other way to add or remove it other than ringing and live chat.

Hi @SarahLou90 

 

You can try our webchat for this, but I would recommend adding a spend cap by ringing 202.

This would class as urgent as you don't want to go over any bills.
