Spend cap

Hi, I want to change my spend cap. How can I make it? There is no option on myO2 and I can't call to 202? Any advice? Thanks

Note that removing or raising a spend cap in these times counts as a valid call reason, but adding a spend cap is not - you can monitor your call charges in MyO2.

Why is 202 not working for you? Are you on PAYG or outside the UK?
