I am in the middle of an 02 contract that I bought from an online company that ends in May next year but on my 02 it says I can do a speed and refresh to upgrade early at no cost.It sounds almost too good but if you do this can you go to refresh on 12 month contract and does monthly payment have to match your current monthly payment ie £33.89 or more or could you pay less?

O2 are allowing some 3rd party companies to do this. They get the custom anyway

You can take out any Refresh contract which suits you and O2.

Check out your available options.

PS it doesnt have to match your previous contract. You could pay more or less all dependant on the phone/tariff you choose.

Hi

Speed to refresh is a promotion we are doing at the moment.

You can upgrade to a new refresh plan with device. You can't upgrade to sim only though; you can choose between 3 - 36 month plan by using the calculator on the device to choose to use.

But it is a current promotion and you can upgrade slight_smile

Hi Martin, if you upgrade onto a tablet unfortunately you'll have to go on to a data package but with the same number it will allow you some texts though.

You'll need a sim only tariff for your phone now.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
