My Samsung Galaxy S6 keeps deleting landline speed dial numbers while mobile numbers are retained - please can someone help?

Never heard of such an issue and there’s no logical reason for it.
Unlikely to be a faulty phone though so either an error in saving the numbers of a firmware glitch.
What format are you saving the numbers in?
Try 0044 before the number to see if that helps?

Have you tried a factory reset? You could contact Samsung for a repair. Do not use O2 repairers. I will also tag our Samsung experts who may know more @MI5 @jonsie @viridis
