Speed Dial Settings

Anonymous
Not applicable

I've just transferred my sim card from a Samsung gsh j700i to  Samsung gsh j700 and now find that I cannot program any speed dial buttons because they seem to be all reserved for 02 functions, and these cannot be changed or deleted. Help

If the phone is on O2 branded firmware, many of the speed dial positions will be locked out and reserved for network shortcode functions.
Some phones even allocate speed dial settings directly from the sim card.
There is nothing you can do except use a different phone.
