Speaking with an agent about my bill

So the issue I have is with a barred service due to a change in circumstances, I cannot make an outbound call from my handset to an agent who works for o2 to discuss an arrangement to clear my arrears. Is there a number that can be provided so I can make an outbound call from my barred handset to be able to speak with someone about sorting out my arrears please and thank you

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

So, how can I phone them from a phone that has been barred from making outbound calls as I have no access to another phone at the moment
