How can I speak to an advisor? I can’t make calls and it says ring from another device but I don’t have another device

Have you tried taking your sim card and putting it back in?

You could try Skype on 0800 032 1402 if the usual numbers are busy

No haven't tried taking the sim out. I have turned the phone in and off a few times but still nothing

Hi @0211 ,

Take the sim out, give it a clean, put it back in. As @O2James  has said you'd be surprised at how many issues this fixes.
