I really need to speak / live chat / or email o2 about my latest bill (over 13 times higher than any previous bill so I think something has gone wrong) but every time I ring it just cuts me off, I can't find live chat on the website and there only seems to be an email account for making complaints - can anyone help! thanks

Just to add this...
Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
