Is it me, or is 02, the worst company ever to speak to an agent, they warn you that it'll take a while and then you have just endless menu after menu of which nothing resorts actually speaking to a human being.
Your menu wants makes me want to leave 02, why is it so hard just to put forward how to speak to another human being, I don't mind waiting!!!!

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
I am having the same issue, the bloody bot leads me thru various menus and then says 'Bye'! Phoned several times in a row...
But yeah, Virgin are the nadir of all CS as far as I'm concerned Hate them with a passion! O2 are doing their very best to compete for that booby prize though...
Edit: I followed the steps as outlined above (option '7' etc) - useless: Just the option to select '1' for urgent inquiry & if you don't select anything it's "Please go online blah blah" then 'Bye'... again. Marvelous
