I'm trying to contact 02 as my bill is over due as due to the covid 19 & having problems with my bank I cant pay my bill but dont get paid for just over a week does anyone know how I can speak to an actual person instead of being hung up on by the automated service all the time

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

These guys can give you more time to pay but you may still be cut off as it is an automated system process.

Hi, @Icequeen8372,

Have you tried this number? 0800 902 0217?  Do not select the ' pay my bill' option. Also, you will be sent two texts - ignore them, and when she speaks again - select option 2. This should get you through to a person.
