My mum has been recieving spam messages that are adding onto her bill? It's a disgrace and I won't stop until this is resolved she has a low bill for a reason!!!!

Also ask customer services to put a bar on premium rate messages and charge to mobile on her account.

This is very scary, I had a similar problem with railway engineering advice.  

Customer services did sort it out for me.  Explain carefully what the problem and the numbers are

Repeat back to them what they ask you to do.  And if you can do it with them holding your hand.

All will be well.

Hi @Jessica2, sorry to hear that your mum has been having unexpected items in her bill. How are you getting on with this since you last posted, any help from the above replies from @MI5 and @Jenny105? slight_smile Let us know if you need any further advice or if you managed to sort this out in the end for your mum.
