This is very scary, I had a similar problem with railway engineering advice.
Customer services did sort it out for me. Explain carefully what the problem and the numbers are
Repeat back to them what they ask you to do. And if you can do it with them holding your hand.
All will be well.

Hi @Jessica2, sorry to hear that your mum has been having unexpected items in her bill. How are you getting on with this since you last posted, any help from the above replies from @MI5 and @Jenny105?
