Hi I purchased new Sony Experia 5 on 20/5/2020 and tonight it has suddenly froze & shut itself down. It will not allow me to force start it either.  Can anyone give me any advice as to what to do next?

Thanks Teresa

@TopCatRed I will tag @viridis who is the community Sony expert, but I will also say that as it's brand new, if it's not working, send it back to O2. Customer service numbers are in the link below.

If youve tried a force reset of holding volume up + power button for ten seconds and it still won't reboot, take it back for a replacement.

Yes I have just tried the reset again and will not work plus no light come on when plug charger in completely dead. I will contact O2 on Son's mobile in the morning. Thank you both
