@Anonymous Do you mean that you've taken a phone contract out on behalf of somebody else, and they've left you paying the bill? Or is it the case that somebody has, fraudulently, taken out a contract using your details both for the contract/credit check and also the recurring payments?
Either way, as @MI5 says give CS a call and I'm sure they will be able to help you out. If it is a fraudulent contract then this will be referred to the fraud team, and it's also worthwhile reporting to the Police/Action Fraud and particularly as they appear to have used your payment details speaking to your bank to notify them as well. If it's a contract you've knowingly taken for a 3rd pary then it's more of an issue as unfortunately being the account holder you are liable for it, however steps can be taken to bar devices and sim as appropriate in order to prevent further costs.
Good luck getting it all sorted, let us know how you get on.
