Hi I have smashed my camera and water has entered the crack in the camera lens resulting in poor quality photographs.
Does anybody know how I can get this fixed please.

@Sally89 You can contact O2 to book a repair but we would suggest you contact your phone manufacturer for your nearest approved repairer.

@Sally89 If you don't have insurance it could be a costly repair. Water has a habit of getting everywhere. You may have more of a problem than just a faulty camera.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@Sally89 Water will corrode the electronics and eventually make it inoperable.

If the water has only just entered part of the case then you could try drying and applying a bit of silicon around the crack, but if the camera lens is damaged then the camera will never work properly again.

A repair would be costly and may not last long.
