After some advice which I'm finding frustrating since joining o2.

Where 02 4G coverage is not available, obviously the phone switches to 3G - However I've found when I am in a 4G area it takes along time to switch from 3G to 4G (Most noticeable when driving through different areas) 4G just doesn't kick back in as quick as what I think it should when available. The phone seems quite happily to stay in 3G.

The only solution is to go in flight mode to get 4G back.

Any advice?

You could try resetting the network connection and restarting the phone but a sim swap might also help if it's caused by a network issue.

OK, so that shouldn't be slow at all. Are you on the latest firmware?

Yep I am indeed!

Do you think requesting new data settings may help?
