Slow / No Data in Ormskirk / Burscough Lancs (full month)

Hi,

Have had unusable data since about 16th December. Have lost faith in O2 ever fixing it. A few other people I know are also having issues but I assume there must be others. Anybody in L40 especially around Square Lane area having issues? Have put in a formal complaint having wasted hours trying to get things resolved but not heard back yet and network is unusable. 48kbps down.

There is currently an unplanned outage...

Not a solution but at least it will save u the trouble of checking all the time, do you know that if u speak to CS on 202 ,or live chat can do it too,they can take ur mobile number/e-mail address and message you with updates.

Cheers. Here's hoping the planned outage fixes the outage that has been in place for the last month. They did promise to keep me up to date and the network team were supposed update me too but it hasn't happened. Will see what the response is to my formal complaint and take it from there.
