Hi,
I have 1 account with 3 phones, Husbands, Daughters and my own. My bill comes accumulated with all 3 numbers as a total invoice. My husband uses his phone for business and can claim this back as an expense.
What I am wanting is an invoice for my husband's phone number separate so he post this against the expense.
Does anyone have any idea how to do this or if it is even possible?

Difficult as even if O2 were to separate out your husband's phone the bill would still be in your name. Whether this would acceptable in claiming back is something you need to consider
May be worth talking to the Payment Management Team, they can be contacted on 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

This can't be done, I am afraid, as the way the billing system works is all numbers get an invoice for Airtime (under a master account number) and then individual device plans.
Even if you go to this page https://service.o2.co.uk/Billing/eaO2/MyMobiles.do
It might be acceptable but its not an official invoice
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
