Simswap still not swapped after three days.

So, I have my dashing new iPhone 5S which came with a micro sim. I went to the sim swap site, got my code by text then inputted my old sim number. Three and a half days later and I'm still waiting for my new phone to be active.

I've been back to the sim swap site and it says they're already swapping for this number.

Can anyone help?

Have you turned the phone off and on to help reset it.

You may have to speak to 02 customer services on 202 contract or 4445 payg to get further assistance.

It can be possible for the blank sim to be corrupted so you may need another.

Has the service stopped on your original sim yet ?

Just tried the hard reset with luck. The old Sim is going strong so I'll ring em tomorrow.

With the old sim still having service this shows the sim swap has not completed yet.

 

It once took 2 days for me.

 

Have you tried the text method by texting SWAP to 20220.

I used the Live Chat ( someone called Thunga who was brilliant!) and they sorted it. Really happy with the service as usual, good on you 02!
