Hi there

 

I've just changed from a Blackberry bolt on to a Simplicity Unlimited Texts tariff and email alerts to my phone have now stopped.  Is this coincidence or does the Simplicity tariff not allow me to receive email alerts?

Hey,

I don't believe your e mail alerts should have been affected by a tariff change.

Check your phones mail settings just to make sure.

As long as you've got Data {3G }on your phone e mails should keep coming in.

I've changed tariffs quite a few times and still get e mails pushed to my iPhone from my provider which is Yahoo.

Do you still have a Blackberry?

 

You need to have the BlackBerry bolt-on enabled so you can recieve emails to your phone, access the internet, etc if you have an older BlackBerry phone.
