Hi,
I got a new Simplicity sim card last month, topped up £15 and chose a £10.50 package.
I topped up again 2 days ago, £15, but the simplicity package isn't working. I am getting charged for all texts. I have rang 4444 and that states I am still on the Simplicity package (500 texts and ?? minutes).
Can anyone tell me what number to ring to speak to somebody? Or is there something else I should do?

ring 4445 but is it your aniversary date? the allowance only resets once a month

Erm, never heard of an anniversary date? It's over a month since I last topped up.

I would ring them.
Aniversary date is the date you must topup by to get the allowance.
If over a month then you missed the topup aniversary date.

Rang the number, no 'live' person at the end of the phone. It kept telling me I am still on the tariff I chose.
As that isn't working my only option was to change my tariff to free texts only.
Poor show O2. I shall be changing provider!
