In the Simplicity tariff, do the unlimited texts have to be from o2 to o2 or to any network?

Any network unless specifically stated as O2 to O2.

I read the above and was wondering what the "on & on" part of the tariff mean?  Is this a rolling contract rather than 12 months?

I'm also a little dubious as to why the £25 tariff is unlimited for calls and texts and has 2GB data but further down they have the same thing But with only 1GB for £51.

I don't want to upgrade without fully understanding the difference.

Any help you can give would be appreciated.

Thanks

The On & On are 12 month minimum terms (like a contract without a phone). The other tariff is a rolling monthly so you don't have a minimum term, you can cancel it whenever with 30 days notice.

I think that page has recently been updated, you can tab between 12 month and 1 month tariffs:

Watch out for the end date on the special offers though.
