Simplicity No Allowance

I am on Simplicity No Allowance Pay as you go, Sometimes I do not use my Mobile for two to three days and yet I get a text saying I  will not have to pay anymore for using data on my phone today, But £1 is taken from my balance every day, Nowhere in Simplicity does it say this.  Can anyone  help with this please.

Turn off mobile data on your phone settings.. Your phone is connecting to data and downloading app updates. The cost is the standard data charge if you don't have a data package.
