Hi,
You can check your remaining allowance anytime by sending a blank text to 21202 or by checking online by clicking View My O2/View My Bill
Hope this helps Smiley Happy

Ok thanks

Because it would be using my parents debit card because i dont have one
they are abit unsure because if we decide to come out of it they say it is difficult because 02 say that you have to let them know that u want to leave 30 days before and then they can charge a bigger bill and just take the money because its debit card.
Does anyone have any information on this?
any problems or anything?
Thanks

If you give them 30 days notice, O2 have to be able to charge you for any excess usage. You will only be billed for what you have used.

I had the same problem as described above.

The cause of the problem was that I had recently changed my username.

Using my e-mail address as my username along with my password allowed me to log in and access 'My O2'.

Hope that helps!
