I have been sent 2 sim cards but I only ever needed one which I stated when speaking to the operator when ordering my simcards. And I have been charged for both sim cards.

So are you paying two contracts? You do need to speak with customer service to have one of the accounts cancelled. I can see this giving you credit file problems long term.
