Hi is any change i can buy only sim card

I bought an ipad yesterday but mistakenly i didnt order sim so my current simcard which i use in my
Phone connected to ipad and now i cant make any call or receive and also i lost my 12 gb data as well any one help me please

You need to contact O2 @Dam 

You have made a mistake putting your phones sim into the iPAD. You need a data only sim from O2.
