Quickest and safest way is to pop into your local O2 store with photo ID and they will do it while you wait.

You will need a new physical SIM

Best to go to an O2 store with photo ID

You can get one via Customer Services but they will disconnect your present SIM before the new one arrives and you will have no services in the meantime 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
