@JoesphaiktenThe first thing you need to do is report the sim as lost. Was it also a PAYG sim? https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Lost-or-Stolen-O2-Device-How-to-Report-it/ba-p/1023988 You also need to tell customer service you've purchased a new sim. They will give you instructions as to what you need to do.
