Sim was working now not provisioned

Hello I arrived in the maldives and I had signal for the first day then ordered o2 travel then now my phones saying sim not provisioned can you help me at all

You should have requested O2 Travel BEFORE you travelled abroad. Sim Not Provisioned means it's not recognising the network. Take your sim out and reinsert it. Reboot the phone.

If nothing works then you need to contact O2. You can use Skype Guide: A Guide to Skype or social media

it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. Use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

OK thank you ... if nothing happens will the phone go back to normal when I get back into the UK?

I would hope so @Stuart7281. It depends what caused you to suddenly lose service. Try O2 OR try a local PAYG sim and see if you get service with that. Do try and get hold of O2 though. It may be something simple that they can fix.
