Sim upgrade but number don’t port to new sim

Hi I recently did what I believe was a sim swap over the phone , I had received  the new sim and made the call from the old 02 pay as you go sim to enable them transfer my number but it’s been days now and when I put the sim in my phone and call the old number it says unavailable .. ps I am on the old sim now and it works fine but the new 5g sim hasn’t been swapped to this number yet

If you are PAYG, I'm afraid 5G is not available on any PAYG tariff.

You'll need to be on contract.
