I lost phone, got new one and new sim. Kept old number but can't get connected to network. Get sim 1 unprovisioned message. No way to contact them. Help?

Hello, please pop into your nearest store with your government issued I. D (driving licence or passport), direct debit information and the answer to your security question and one of our advisors will be able to replace your sim for you.

If you can call customer services they will be able to register the sim for you alternatively popping into a store will be the next best and quickest solution.

Hi @Ss 

As you reported the phone lost, O2 will have placed a bar on your account.

You need to call them to get this lifted.

Numerous numbers in this guide to call Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

0800 587 4005 seems to be the best one.

If you go instore they will call O2 on your behalf but you will still have to speak to O2.
