I have a iPhone 6 which has been paid off, how do I get the sim unlocked

You don't get the sim unlocked, you unlock the phone.
Best way is to log in to your account in the app, and use the unlock my phone link.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
