Sim swapped now needs reversing

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi

A friend gave me an iphone 5 as a present but I needed a new O2 nano sim. I applied for one, swapped it over, but my friend neglected to tell me that the iphone wasn't unlocked from the EE network. He has now done this but EE says it will take ten days or more to unlock the iphone. Can I do a swap back to my original SIM in my old phone which is currently disabled?

EE usually unlock the same day.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @Anonymous, how are you doing today? slight_smile

Did you manage to talk to customer service about your SIM? Any news about the unlock from EE yet? It would be great to hear how you're getting on.
